utilities that will keep your computer running smoothly. Using these
utilities often is strongly recommended by M-TEC Solutions.
We recommend that you run the Disk
Defragmenter at least once every two weeks. However running it weekly
would be even better.
Another great tool is the Disk Cleanup
utility. This program should be used every week.
Keeping your computer up to date is very
important. Always make sure your automatic updates are turned on.
Additional Programs
A registry cleaner is always a good
investment. We recommend cleaning your registry once every two weeks, as
always once a week would be better.
A few more tips.
No matter how large your hard disk is, it
is always good to clean out unused files and programs. If they are of no
use to you then they are taking up precious space, this is especially true
if you have a small hard disk. We recommend doing this every one or two
months, you will be surprised with how much you will remove. |
